Thanks CPT for a great tour in Hangzhou. The team was amazing with very fast email responses to all our questions and spoke with us by whatapp to make sure we had everything ready for our trip. This tour was well planned and comfortable way to visit all the highlights in Hangzhou in such a short day.Our guide David reserved the boat for us in advance and brought the entrance tickets for other places in his own way to skip the lines saving us a lot of time!!! David's knowledge was exceptional and he was excited share all his stories of his city. He spoke very good English and we did not have any concerns with the communication. Whilst my partner was attending a conference, I decided to book this tour to occupy my time and learn more about Hangzhou.

It turned out to be a really eye opening experience for me! The car and driver were a very comfortable and time saving experience. Bonnie was a very competent guide who could answer all my questions and carried out the tour with enthusiasm and competence from begging to end. The West Lake tour, tea plantation and temples were total highlights!

Many thanks again to Bonnie and China tours! I highly recommend anyone visiting the area to take this tour!

A wonderful day tour to Hangzhou with our guide who had very good command of English. We were picked up at our hotel in Shanghai and dropped off at the Shanghai train station.The first calss seat on the fast train from Shanghai to Hangzhou was quiet, spacious,with clean modern rest rooms and attendant services!!!David was very knowledgeable of the places we visited,the lingyin temple,westlake,tea village...He knew A LOT of the histories and stories in the city. It was a weekend trip, and we were so happy that David could help us skip the line when he brought the entrance tickets for us,saving us a lot of time. The lunch at a local tea farmer's place was SUPER! We talked to the farmers with David's translation which was really cool. It was a great chance to know more about the city, the people here. At last, we were really thankful to Bonnie from Shanghai private tour,she called us during the tour to check if everything was good during the tour. We do highly recommend David and Shanghai Private tour! We will come back!!!

David was our guide for the tour and he was friendly. Quite knowledgeable and he can speak VERY GOOD English. The lunch provided at the tea farmer’s house was adequate and tasty. We had a good time. The pace of the tour is good and with a good head start in the morning, we easily cover all the highlights in Hangzhou in a short day, Westlake boat tour, tea village, ancient garden close by the lake...Highly recommend this tour!
