Without doubt, Hangzhou is one of my favorite city in China.
Our guide, Nancy, was simply the best. She was able to plan each day in a well-organized pace without skipping on any details. Her knowledge and passion of each attraction left us wanting to learn more about this city’s rich culture and traditions. The entire trip filled with interesting information and you can tell that she really loves what she does. Thank you Nancy!

I booked trips at the last minute with Hangzhou Private Tour and found them to be very efficient and easy to deal with. We were lucky to have Nancy as our guide. The cars were always spotless and water was provided. Nancy is very knowledgeable and her English is excellent, which enabled us to converse on lots of different subjects.
Our trip began with the bullet train, which whisked us from Shanghai to Hangzhou. First stop was the Temple which was fascinating, then a delicious lunch overlooking a tea plantation. Nancy helped us order and she was spot on with the choices. Next stop was the stunning lake, throughout the tour Nancy not only told us about the history of the sights but also the myths, which made it all the more interesting. Last stop shopping for souvenirs.....delicious green tea.
I highly recommend this company and tour, but I especially recommend Nancy as a guide. Not only did she make the tours interesting, she made them fun as well, we felt as if we were being shown around by a friend.

My wife, 12 year old daughter and I had such an interesting and fun day exploring Hangzhou from Shanghai by the high-speed train with our guide Boonie. The day started and ended very easy with a hotel pick up and drop off. The temples and mountain scenery were really beautiful to explore, lunch at the tea farm was very delicious, Probably one of our favorite meals actually. We also really enjoyed walking around the lake and found it to be very relaxing and scenic. We really appreciated also spending the day learning about the area and China in general from our interesting and fun guide Bonnie. We highly recommend this tour!

It's a show worth watching, amazed, watching the performances that will be touched, technology combined with Chinese and Western dances.The lighting sound is very shocking.

A friend and I booked this day trip to Hangzhou. The experience was excellent from start to finish. David was our guide and he did a great job. We really enjoyed the day with him and he is a wealth of knowledge about China, Shanghai, and Hangzhou. I commend his on her English skills. We walked the waterfront of Hangzhou, visited the beautiful garden, toured a tea plantation with a stop for lunch at a tea farmer's restaurant. The food was some of the best that I had while traveling in China. We ended the day with a stroll through the Hangzhou old market streets. Hangzhou should not be missed if you are traveling to China. It is a beautiful city and Hangzhou Private Tour made the day effortless for us.

I had been to Shanghai twice.But this time I decided to a day trip visit to Hangzhou from Shanghai by train.
Tour started with the pick up service from our hotel in Shanghai.
Our guide Boonie is very knowledgeable and communicated effectively .
She takes the initiative to contact the participants before the tour to finalize details which is appreciated.
She makes the tour interesting by her upbeat personality.
A bullet train ride and a tour guide to Lingyin temple, with tea garden and a good Lunch (Vegetarian Chinese on request) were
absolutely fine. A visit to west lake was stunning.
We totally enjoyed the tour and it was paced out well.
We would highly recommend her and would take another tour with her again if the opportunity arises.
She is very nice and very engaging and in both English & Chnese langugaes.
She is an excellent tour guide.

My friend and I booked a day trip to Hangzhou from Shanghai by Bullet train (First class seats). It was so much fun on the fast train as it was my first time on the bullet train. The seats are very comfortable and spacious. Our tour guide Bonnie was fantastic. She was so informative and very friendly. We went to one of the most beautiful Buddhist temple " Linying Temple" so peaceful and full of nature. The local lunch was great made by the locals at the green tea farm. The West Lake was very beautiful and the full view of the city and the westlake on the top of the city gof temple was FANTASTIC. It felt so good to be there. We loved everything about this trip and would highly recommend it.
